Help me find a song I’ve been looking for years for.

The song is high pitched and sounds ghostly. The lady is singing but it is almost like she is whispering and the song gives the colors black and white. I think I remember hearing it on a TikTok video is kinda like Y2K and a woman is singing. I know a little bit of the song but I’m not sure if it is correct, all I know is “and with a smile” it is soft and almost wispy and is high pitched. Please give suggestions on what yall think it is I’ve been looking for this song for over 2-3 years and I can’t find any answers. I reminds me of the song no surprises and bang bang bang bang. I’ve looked on google find a song and I’ve had no luck, so could someone please help me find this song I need to add it to my playlist.
