NEED GUIDANCE REGARDING MTECH/MS IN VLSI

I will be graduating in 2026, btech in ece from Tier2/Tier3(idk whatever you consider Manipal, VIT as). Dont really rely on campus placement/internship, as they are a scam. I was actively looking for internship but couldnt find one.

Anyways, I will be giving GATE 2026, and was seeking guidance on what other entrance exams to give, which colleges to target. I am open to opportunities in foreign as well but only if I get a good roi.

I dont have a great CG( around 7.8) so i dont think tier 1 colleges outside INDIA is possible. However, If anyone could also mention the colleges in foreign I should be targeting, and ways for admission in the respective college, that would also be of great help.

I am mainly interested in front end designing, so if anyone could also guide me on what course should i pursue in MTECH/MS.
