Is this pipe insulation asbestos?

Hi everyone,

I recently bought a house in the Netherlands, built in 1910.
While checking the attic, I found something that's about 3–4 meters long, and I'm wondering if it might be asbestos.

The previous owner wasn’t sure—he told me it might be plaster.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
