TL;DR this is the discrimination I face in SF as a 49y/o female bartender. I know this is pretty long. Had just gotten hired and got fired after working for an hour due to a “gut feeling”. Be honest, when is the last time you saw a 50 y/o woman behind the bar? Pls no bashing, just honest opinions
