[Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice] Would you guys recommend doing full playthroughs for other endings instead of save-scumming?

Doing my first playthrough now and the trophy guides advice getting all the requisite items and reloading for the first three endings.

But I see that you need a crazy amount of exp for the all skills trophy

I'm sure multiple playthroughs (NG, then NG+1,2,3) will take more time instead of save-scumming NG thrice and one ending in NG+, followed by farming.

But is it THAT much more time? Because honestly more playthroughs sounds more fun to me than farming one spot for hours.
