It feels like at least 90% of this sub are women
Anytime I read a post, I look at a lot of people’s pages out of curiosity, sometimes I like to find people who relate to me and look for patterns. One thing I noticed is it seems the majority of this sub are women. And it’s the same for other similar subs like r/estrangedadultchild or r/narcissticabuse. I’m just wondering why this is. Do you guys think it’s easier to scapegoat female children and male children are usually treated differently? I know it’s not the case 100% of the time but it seems from my observation overwhelmingly an issue women find themselves in. I feel like sexism is so deep in our culture that it permeates the familial structure if that makes any sense. Any thoughts?
