I am fucked?

So I do bdo every day. But I always, and I truly mean always. Take at least a 6 hour break in the 24 period, sometimes 12 sometimes 24. My last dose today was at 11:51 AM it’s currently 12:38 AM the next day. I don’t feel sick or anything and could go to sleep and not dose (which I probably will). Am I using in the safest way possible? Any info will help. Thank you
