AdNauseam and information sent

I just found out about AdNauseam. https://adnauseam.io

I always wondered if you could mess with the data collected so that the databases will be incorrect instead of just blocking the ad. Is this doing that or it just clicks? I mean does all clicks register as "me" or is the clicks just anonymous?
