LIMPID / To the boy that helped me heal myself
I stare into his eyes & see his naked Soul The entity isn’t a shade, but colorful & bright Red like Flames, but not to scorch It pulls me close & keeps me warm, I have no choice
I melt
His soul begins to thaw me from the inside out The warmth is stuck so deep inside I still appear frozen
I see how much he feels Giving away his heat I see how much his flame dies out Just trying to warm me I wonder if he knows his warmth is keeping me alive
And if to go without it I’d completely crystalize
He stares into my eyes & sees my naked soul The contrast against his color Seems so dim & dull As ugly as it sounds, it’s a work of art
Color seems much brighter, next to something dark
He sees how much I feel & How the darkness affects me He gives his flame as a guide
But flames die out neglected.
He wonders if I know how hard he tries & that when he sees my soul through my eyes
He sees an Oasis
Overtaken by a storm He knows if he could burn the clouds Then We could both be warm
I want to live in paradise with you I want to swim away In the oceans made of my melted ice The brightest color blue Mixes with my red & tosses us gently, in purple waves.
