How to make a good first impression to promoters/other bands at shows?

We're in a mid twenties. Can't believe thats the case but I've blinked and here we are. So Im not the fresh faced 19 year old I was pre-covid when I used to play shows. Now I am looking to push my music out there properly. Got a band, got a photographer coming and I am gonna get a logo made for our band as well.

Now the real problem is this, back in the day I wouldnt stick around. Id play my setlist then immediately go home afterwards. This was great when I wasn't a recluse but now, this is the only way I can actually socialize feasibly in my life.

So what do you do here? Whats the secret? Because in music I see these people who are seemingly able to wonder around the venue and just talk to people no problems or questions asked. You know the type, but I am not one of them. Neither is anyone in my band. To make matters worse I am mildly autistic lmao but after the ice is broken it doesnt come into it.
