Going back to work after 10 years as SAHM

Super frustrated and seeking guidance. I have been working 3/4 time for 5 years now and stayed home for 10 years prior. I will be going back FT in a month and my expected work hours are 45+ per week. My husband makes dinner 3 nights a week and is in charge of the trash. He gets our kids up and ready since I am usually already gone and frequently gets them ready for bed, although they are preteens so it really isn't that hard. I do all dishes, pay all bills, take care of pets, schedule doc appts, do the shopping, clean the house, clean the cars, carry the fucking mental load, make sure he visits his parents, send all the Venmo's to his work parties, do most of the laundry, and take care of the landscaping. He has 50% of our garage for his personal gym and I don't sleep in our bed usually because he gets on me for snoring. I'm fed up. Advice wanted.
