Storyline summaries for newbie please

I’m diving into Emmerdale and I’d very much appreciate it if anyone out there would be willing to summarize the current plots/storylines. Please bear in mind I have watched ONE episode so far. It ended with Joe falling out a window at a party. From what I gather he needed a kidney transplant and is being accused of drugging his brother to see if he was a donor match. Then his brother drove while drugged (?) and killed some people(?) I dunno. Anyway, that’s where I’m at. Looks good so far. Please also understand I don’t know anyone’s names yet but I don’t think that’s important just yet. Eventually I’ll know their names but so far I know Joe, Noah, and who I call “blonde lady”, “older blonde lady”, and “the rest” (lol) Also I’m in Canada so I think we’re about two or maybe three weeks behind the UK. Soooo if anyone with lots of patience is willing to just give me the main plot points and current storyline summaries I should be all set! I find the Emmerdale Wiki goes soooo far into the past that it’s unhelpful. Not very interested right now in what happened in 1992 or 2011. Much appreciated!
