Asking for advice

Hello, I’m currently an RN with 1 year experience. Got hired on my 2nd hospital and mag 1month na ko here. May I ask lang. if there are any other ways naman aside from awol. If reasonable naman ung dahilan if bakit ka magreresign biglaan or aalis.
