Will the anime change some things in the ending?

I see a lot of people saying that Bleach's ending was bad and rushed. Is it really that bad? But now we know that Tite Kubo is supervising the TYBW anime and can basically do anything he wants. Will the anime change some things in the ending?

Sorry if I sound like I know nothing at all, I only based this on things I've heard/read. I haven't read the manga so please no spoilers, thanks!
