Seeking clarification on HDFC Diners Black RPs

HDFC diners black metal credit card. While booking a flight on smartbuy do we get reward points on the entire flight cost OR amount that has been paid by the card that is excluding reward points redemption ?

Basically for a 10k flight booked with 7k RPs and 3k from card, do I RPs on 10k or 3k?
