I know the NEX does delivery service, but will they also do a pickup service for a defective tv?

Discussion

I recently purchased a 77 inch tv at almost 3 grand and the tv is littered with issues at only 4 days old. I have had to hard reset the tv multiple times because it freezes out of nowhere. It’s also shut itself off twice after freezing and literally every time I turn the tv back on the sound is out of sync. No matter how many times I shut the tv off, when I come back to it I have to restart it for the sound to be back in sync. I can understand an issue here and there, but with this many issues at only a few days old I am not at all interested in calling Sony’s tech support. I would rather be rid of this tv completely. Wish I would have done some research because these problems are not isolated issues.

This is a massive tv and it was incredibly heavy for just myself to setup.

I am going to return this tv but I was wondering if the NEX will take delivery of this from my house. Exchange is already closed so I wanted to see if I can get any answers from someone here who may have the answer already.
