Wedding Planning Venues

Hi - I’m really struggling with a venue. We are really wanting to make something in downtown Sacramento work since it’s so special to us.

No budget limit - what is an elegant location that can also include both the ceremony and reception? I have looked at Wedgewood and am going to tour but I still am looking for something really special and timeless. I know I don’t have many options but I’m curious if anyone has anything I haven’t seen. Thank you so much!
