Help finding this anime

Few years ago I watched an anime and I want to watch it again but cannot remember the name

The scene I remember the most is where the MC gives a sword to a girl, chapters later her dad visits this guy and ask for an armor or a mecha, can’t really remember what exactly was it

Anyone knows any anime like that? I’ve been looking for it for weeks 😭
