Just did the “leaving” bluff on the phone instantly offered a better deal

Been paying £62/month for broadband + TV. Called in to “cancel” because of cost of living, and within 2 minutes I was offered £43/month with faster broadband and all the same TV channels. Absolutely wild how they only offer you decent pricing if you threaten to leave.

It’s like haggling in a bazaar.
