The thought of Gaben leaving Valve keeps me up at night

Steam, and it's customer support isn't perfect but they're pretty damn good compared to their competitors (e.g., eb games, epic games, etc.,). But considering how great it is, the thought of Gabe leaving the company worries me, knowing he will be replaced with someone that will push steam towards something to boost their own agenda maximise their profits. I feel like if he ever decides to leave, things around steam will change and it will have a ripple effect in gaming and we'll have some new bs to stress about like gamer gate, or the baby inc., retards.
