Looking for advice on my first build - list made

Build Help

It's my first build - my current set up was a prebuilt and ancient. I'll be using it for gaming, video editing, digital art and graphic design. Prices are CAD which is absolutely kicking my ass, but I went in trying to stick to $3k budget (maybe I'll luck out and get a couple deals over the next month or so).

Any way, this is the list I've worked out, but am taking any and all advice/pointers because I'm already overwhelmed with all the different brands and their varying quality/reliability. I really struggled with choosing a motherboard and a case. Overall I'm at the second-guessing myself stage.
