Contrast filled iliopectineal bursa

Gotten two surgeries so far as I had a labrum tear, then a retear of my labrum and now 6 months after surgery I got a new MRI. The MRI showed Contrast filled iliopectineal bursa and it measured 2,4 cm.

From my understanding the steroid injections won’t help the leakage in there. I have gotten steroid injections before, and when it’s bad then NSAIDs don’t do shit. Waiting to hear from my surgeon but I just wanted to hear experiences with this in here? What did you do about it? Like the swollen/inflamed bursa + joint fluid leaking into the iliopectineal bursa?
