I don't know how i am performing in my team!

Hi. I wanted to ask that did anyone ever felt like they are slow Learner and it takes them a lot of time and experimentation to understand a business process or coding logic and makes you feel dumb/slower than others, performance wise? Is it ok to be slow to understand cause your learning method is that you need to know the whole picture and then figure out the solution to the issue? Any advice on this?

This is if you are 6-8 months into a role.
