I’m being falsely charged or “cited” for imitation of firearm, I have no money for legal defense and I went to public defender about a month or two ago and nothing yet they told me to wait when I first went because my case was not even on the court system yet, that they’ll call once they get my case to let me know if I apply for a public defender I’m afraid this might screw up my record since I have a clean one even thoe is a misdemeanor I read that it takes like 90 days in jail or more or a fine for something I did not do please ask me anything about it location: California
