How do I apply multiple layer types to one folder?

I like to organize my stuff and Im doing a big coloring rn, and i wanna use Multiply and Color layers, but when I make an individual layer like for example, Layer 24 a color layer, then make 25 a multiply layer, the folder overwrites it, I make the folder a color, overrides the multiply, vice versa, and doing normal layer ignores both of them, and its the same with folders withing folders

anyone understand what Im talking about?
