Any way to turn down/completely turn off Kill Streak Sound Effect?

Title. Some of the skins' kill streak sound effect is just way too loud. Also, it's completely misleading for a bunch of cards, such as all of the zombie cards, revive cards and so on.

Really need a specific option for this if there is no way to do this.
