Getting away from narc parents (shielding until I can escape)

My father is abusive and he’s trying to intimidate and covertly threaten me. He does this every time I make positive progress in my life to distract me. I want him completely out of my energy whether that means me getting away or him getting away. I just want him out of my energy for good until I can leave. My mother is an enabler but it’s a long story. I just want to be invisible to him until I can physically get away.
