Does Blake need retaliation to win her case?

Does Blake need retaliation to prevail in court? Let's say they go through discovery and find out there was no smear campaign. Can she still win her other claims? Like sexual harassment, breach of contract, aiding and abetting harassment and retaliation, infliction of emotional distress, etc
