Help

Ok, I’ve been on waiting list for 8 years, GMT II Pepsi jubilee band. I am at the point I’ve lost hope so I reached out to reputable friend who reached out to friend he does business with. Results: a 2018 used $18.5K and a 2023 new never worn $22K. Can you please tell me what difference if any there is between 2018 and 2023, AND I’ve seen the adjustable 5 link band on Tudor, does Rolex have that same adjustable ability on jubilee band and would it be on both the 2018 and 2023? If it matters I have a Datejust and Sub, and I’ve been wanting a jubilee banded GMT Pepsi since as far back as I can remember. Thanks early!
