Unable to tag off at Pearse, can I claim money back?

This morning the ticket barricades were off and open meaning everyone was unable to tag off. Which turned what should have been a €2 journey into a €6 journey.

My question is, is there anyway to claim this back? (IDC if it's only €4 it's 3x the price it should have been)
