Need moral advice 😭

Hey guys

Ive unfortunately become homeless over the weekend after leaving my abusive ex boyfriend, I'm currently staying in crisis accommodation in southbank which is paid until I get my next student payment; unfortunately after Tafe today I couldn't make the foodbank the housing service directed me too.

I need some advice about stealing, I have never taken anything in my life so don't even know how to approach it but I'm starting to feel light headed from not eating and it feels like my time of the month so wanna be prepared..can someone give me some advice about stealing from Woolworths? Or is it possible if I went through the register and my card fails that they'd let me take the stuff and pay Thursday?
