YES Bank multiple enquires for 1 application

Part 1:

So I applied for this yes bank ace credit card via the KreditPe app 2 months ago.
My application was received and they had to reject it for some reason and when i asked them the reason, they told me its due to internal policy even though I was fully eligible for the card.
I reached out to the MD and CEO and someone from their team called me stating that we are reconsidering your application.
They sent me an email and asked me to wait.
Later a person calls me from the curing team and tells me to share my payslip for verification and I did so.
The next day someone from the verification team visits my office and now the application is under review.

Part 2:

My concern here is that when I originally applied for the card, they fetched my CIBIL report and score for checking the eligibility, at that time they did not ask for any employment verification.
However, when they reconsidered the application, then also they have fetched the latest CIBIL report and score which is going to put a fresh inquiry on my CIBIL which hampers the score in short run and makes me seem credit hungry.
I have already emailed them regarding this, asking them to get one of the CIBIL queries removed from my account. I am not sure if they will do this but I want to get this done anyhow because I only applied for the card once. I tried raising a request on the CIBIL portal but I am facing this error "describe your concern should have alpha numeric special characters" and I tried putting everything but they are not taking in the request.

What should I do in this case?
I am really concerned about the another query.
