Anyone have to pop their sternum when using?

It’s doesn’t feel good. Hard to pop it, unpleasant tightness there though. Never had to pop my sternum until meth addiction and never happens in Sobriety. I’m about to do intake and go to rehab. Tired of this lonely fucked up insanity.
