With all the commotion here in this subreddit, here is a hard to swallow pill.

Hinihighlight lang naman ang due process/audit for professors who are giving extra credits. Although sa mata ng students, feel natin sinasakal tayo for doing this, it is a reality of the world we live in. Hindi lahat fair, hindi lahat compassionate, if you were in the situation of the students na walang narereceive na extra credit for sure, aangal ka rin.

Dahil nasa usapang Sir D (the allegedly next Dean) diyan rin papasok yung issue ng "politika, power tripping and etc. kaya ginigipit kasi may gustong panghawakan". I don't think any of this is true, objectively, we believe in what we choose to believe in pero kung lalawakan natin ang isip natin, baka naman may mas malalim na rason?

Our university has standards for reclassification, reappointment. There is a process for that, kahit siguro itanong niyo mismo kay Dean baka hindi nga niya hiniling na mareappoint. At mas lalong hindi rin naman natin alam ano mangyayari kung iba ang magiging Dean. Tingin niyo mas gaganda? Mas bibilis ang buhay? Then I guess, you are really just starting off as an AMVian. Hindi mo pa nakikita kung bakit tayo pinapahirapan, bakit tayo ginigisa ng mabuti.

At the end of the day, there might be inconsistencies in policies pero isa lang ang sure ako, hindi REDDIT ang sagot sa mga hinihiling niyo. Idaan niyo sa formal channels, iraise niyo sa ASLA, kalampagin niyo ang STRAW, magreach out kayo sa ADMIN.
