is baseline 10ppm too high?

I took the sibo test a few months ago and I had a baseline of 10ppm for the first test at 8am. I ended up testing positive with the highest value being like 120ppm. All for hydrogen, had zero methane. I told the lab I hadn’t followed the prep diet cause i didn’t check the instructions until the evening, i had eaten normally earlier in the day. They said it was fine as long as i didn’t eat vegetables and starches at night and still let me take the test. Now im wondering if the highish baseline means my test was a false positive?
