Cuts (at least 12 hours old)

28, female. I work at a hospital, didn't see any blood but I wasn't wearing gloves when transporting a patient. I have some fresh cuts that I got sometimes yesterday, I'd say at least 12 hours old now. If blood got on these cuts and it was HIV positive, could I get it even if they look scabbed up?
