Totally frustrated, feeling shame

My got hsv1 by someone else ...so I live with my parents ..in the same house, we usually use plates, utensils by mixed way. I did saw my lip swelling..then started ..what It is ...after 20 days I figure out ..I got hsv1.....but before this result ..I think my parents got hsv1 ..as well .....now I feel shame, sometimes I cry ..for this...my father 59, mother 45 .... honestly...I cry a lot for them ...still my father financing the whole family. My both parents got diabetes... recently...they started feeling eye heavyness....I think it's from hsv1 ...I always..told them to wash hands and do th touch hands on face or eye......I really love them ...i passes everyday with sadness, crying ...no hopes...even moderna Inc vaccine funding..is right now off for phase 3 ...it give me hopeless....I want to see my parents again a normal life ....as a son I feel shame, what I have already done to them ... Even scientist ..can't go on a human gene therapy trial ......it's so frustrating...
