Will it run?

Hi guys I am about to purchase a PC only for dcs. I have a quest headset, and I was wondering if the PC will be able to run DCS (let's say f16) , in VR. The specs are these: 24 gb ram GTX 980 Ti I5 10400f If it'll run, how many fps should I expect?
