Childhood memories price of element varies

As some of you might seen as in previous events, the price of the elements in the new event store vary according to your state. I'm just curious on how much does it cost on your state a design plan and FC and in which state you are.

I'm in state 16xx and it currently cost 30 for a design plan and 22 for a FC. What are the prices for you?
