Need advice on stainless steel grade to use for memorial plate that will be close to the ocean

Me and my brother want to laser engrave a stainless steel plate with my late father's name and birth/death date, we will then mount the plate on a bench close to a jetty where my father used to love to go fishing

We are concerned that the salt spray and humidity will cause corrosion and want to know which grade of stainless steel will be best to use in these conditions

If anyone is knowledgeable about this, your advice will be greatly appreciated
