Frustrated

Just recieved my XReal one and started to set it up.

Got as fart as picking the language and mistakenly pressed Spanish instead of English and thats when my world nose dived.

I have tried everything to go back and start again but the screen is frozen on the page after pressing Spanish.

Tried pressing Red button twice and long press as well but nothing,

The set up app tells me to connect the glasses but have done.

Any ideas???
