Am I doing something wrong?
I'm afab, 5'3" and weighed 231lbs in February. That's when I realised I needed to lose weight. Sadly, I didn't do it in the most healthy way at first and ate 600 calories during the week and 800 during the weekend. Since I'm autistic and eat the same all the time, weigh my food and use oil that only has 2 calories with one spray, I know I am tracking my calories correctly. I use an app too.
May 10th was when I weighed 200lbs and decided I needed to consume more calories. I was feeling well, was never hungry but knew I shouldn't harm my body by starving it. So now I am at 1000 calories during the week and 1200 on the weekend.
With that new calorie deficit, I've only lost 2lbs in 3 weeks. What do I do now? That's kind of less than I'd like to lose. Am I doing something wrong? I sadly can't work out because I have Me/CFS, so I have to rely on my deficit alone. My period was supposed to come yesterday too and hasn't arrived yet.. could this be a factor too that I haven't lost more than just 2lbs? Should I continue eating like this and wait for my next weigh in?
