AIO? Only one fully naked at the hospital

Literally the most embarrassing thing ever happened to me today i cant even get over it. Today morning on my way to college i was on my bike when i met with a minor accident thank god i dont have any broken bones but i do have alot of scratches and road rashes on my skin also deep scars and all mainly on my palms hands hips stomach and thighs I was taken to hospital Where the doctor told me they gotta my clothes off to treat my wounds I thought i will at least get to wear my underwear but no i was fully naked exposed sitting on the bed with one doctor and three nurses i was so embarrassed but I couldn’t say anything i was in pain the doctor was cleaning off the dirt from my wounds and it burned really bad but i was more concerned about the fact of me being naked. I have never been fully naked infront of anyone before so it was very embarrassing what made it worse is two of the nurses kept looking at each other and smiling like they were making fun of me but somehow i sat there for 30 mins like that finally its over but i can’t get over it im so embarrassed 😭😭😭.
