any board exam review tips and techniques?

Hi Reddit, I’m a 27F, at dahil papalapit na ang board exam namin, and our review for the boards will start na this June for the Optometrist Licensure Exam this October 2025, I just want to ask sana lalo na sa mga board exam passers dyan most especially sa mga nasa medical field, and optometrists na, what are your tips and techniques for studying and maximizing your time during the review that helped you focus more? Do you guys follow a strict schedule ba with reviewing pa rin outside the review center hours?
