Recruiting for whales

Hello, I am from state 2894 and our alliance are mostly ran by Filipinos but we are all new in the game that's why we're recruiting more experienced people that could help us. We are also looking for a whale that could just protect us because even if the state is new, there's already a drama going on ^^
