i need a phone mount that is 100% secure

my phone has fallen off my bike on speedy busy highways two separate times within the past week. I was actually able to recover it both times through two giant strokes of luck, but Im not trying to push my luck any farther. What is a phone mount that is totally secure? I was using the Ram x mount before.
