Is it better to work with a bad boss or unemployed?

I’m a fresh grad and just decided to leave my work because of the unhealthy working culture and boss with bad attitude.

I don’t mind being called weak or anything but I think it’s best for my mental health and plus working in that industry doesn’t contribute to anything that I wanna do (well maybe a little).
