Training

When you start at a cc, they train you for a few weeks but it's really drawn out and looking back there's loads more that they could cover. When your working, they train you on more complicated lines when you're upskilled yet your booked in for 4 hours but call you back after 1 or 2 hours as 'customers need you!' (Ie lets keep call queues down). So your only crash course trained before going live. My entire team was trained all day on a new way of working but i wasn't included even though I asked, they just gave me 1 hour with a coach who asked what I wanted to learn! I now get pulled up on not doing the new way correctly! Like wtaf
