MT 09 SP Suspension Setup

Hey, I recently bought myself an MT 09 SP Gen4 and I was wondering if anyone had any tips or even a finished setup for the suspension. I'm new to adjustable suspensions and I don't have a clue what I'm doing but I'm happy to learn.

I weigh about 90kg (~200pounds) and ride sporty on the street with an occasional track day.
