Anonymous Reporting?

Just wondering how serious Costco takes the anonymous reporting. i feel like im being targeted for bullying by a higher up in management and I’ve noted occurrences when I was talked to by said higher up and I know for a fact that I’m treated poorly.

to give context, I am being trained in how to work in a department and it feels like so much is expected of me because I used to be in a higher up position. when talked to, it’s like I’m being talked down to. the tone im getting is - “well you were xyz before, so I expect you to work as xyz here.” When I see the higher up talk to other employees, said higher up is laughing smiling etc. When it comes to me, it’s like he’s already visibly upset, talks to me like I’m stupid, etc.

Part of me feels stupid for even writing this, but another part of me is saying, you need to speak up. I feel like this is a rant at this point but I feel like even if I speak up about this, it’s not even gonna be considered as I am still fairly new.
